We can also provide you advice and guidance with respect to your Enduring Powers of Attorney and living wills and what options may be best for you and your family. We can also advise you on your moral obligations pursuant to the Family Protection Act and on testamentary promises matters including disputes and potential claims in respect of your estate or a family member’s estate.

John has worked closely with farmers throughout New Zealand and with his extensive knowledge of the banking sector has achieved significant positive outcomes for farmers through direct negotiation with their bank. He appreciates the issues affecting farmers and can advise in relation to farm purchases, sales, financing, leases and other related matters such as shares and structures of ownership. As an AMINZ member he is expecting to be actively involved under the Farm Debt Mediation process.
